Who Handles My Refund?

When you place an order through the LYBSTORE checkout page, refunds are processed by LYBSTORE after the retailer authorizes the return payment. If you place an order directly on the retailer's website, the retailer is responsible for managing the refund process.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met. The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging
